Meeting Room Check-in
Check-in using QR Codes from Mobile Apps
With the June 2021 release, mobile check-in support has been extended to meeting rooms as well as desks, making it possible to check-out of a desk or meeting room from anywhere, even if you have left the premises. To scan the desk / room’s QR code, tap the Check In Now button.
Email Reminders
Similar to Desks, at any desired time prior to the meeting, you may opt to have an email reminder sent to yourself, which includes a check-in link for the meeting room booking.
Desk Check-in
Check-in via Sensor
Desk sensor functionality has been extended from tracking a desk’s occupancy to automatically checking in employees to their desk bookings as well. This feature is available to all clients with EA or PIR sensors deployed to monitor desk occupancy who may want to use Desk Bookings in their offices, too.
Check-in to desks is a feature that can be enabled and configured per client. If desk check-in is enabled, all available methods (e.g., QR codes, email check-in reminder, online check-in, sensors) are able to check-in the users to their bookings.
