A user with an administration role can access a chronological To Do List of service orders. Users can filter by location and date to find the ‘set up’ and ‘clear up’ entries that relate to service requests made via any channel (E.g. mobile, web application and calendar add-in).
The user can click to open the entries and view details of the request and progress its status to completed once the service has been delivered. The system will also highlight ‘Overdue’ service requests.
