The web application now visually indicates which meetings you can edit as the organiser or as a concierge user. Meetings will be read-only if you are an attendee. As a third-party you won’t have access.
The blue bar to the left indicates a user can edit and the grey colour that they do not have access to.

The filters on the left have been updated to make it easier to find meetings that you have booked or that a specific person has organised.
Users can check into desks. Companies without other check-in methods such as sensor or QR codes can enable website check-in, which enables them to still capture occupancy data. Check-in methods can be configured per site.
Within the Desks web application, bookings that have started, but have not been checked into, will appear amber within the Schedule and Map view.

The Admin portal allows those with an administrator role to define the services and facilities available across their estate for rooms and desks. Please refer to this guide for further information.
